Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Norie Shoe Company (www.norieshoes.com).  The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

1.  Shipment Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text.  
  • It is always the Norie Shoe Company intent to process and ship your lovely shoes in the most expeditious manner possible.  
2.  Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. 
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3.  Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  •  www.norieshoes.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  
  • As a veteran of the United States Army - Norie Shoe Company will always ship to APO/FPO/DPO. 

4.  Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped container your tracking number(s).  The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  

5.  Customs, Duties and Taxes

  •  www.norieshoes.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsible of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • www.norieshoes.com is not liable for any damaged or lost shoes during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact Norie Shoe Company and the shipment carrier to file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Norie Shoe Company ship to all United States Territories:  American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Island.  At this time we do not ship to International locations. Please leave your email address, once this policy changes you will be notified.
