Return and Refunds Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return and Refund Policies.
1. Simple and easy. Norie Shoe Company gives 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, based on delivery carrier data.
2. To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be unworn on the outsole or unused and in the same condition that you received it, return must include the Norie brand dust-bag.

2. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
4. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Customer is has to cover cost for his/her own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
6. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
7. Products marked as “finale sale” are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
1. Exchanges are easy and simple, send email initiating the intent to exchange, we will respond and immediately send replacement, with a shipping label for the returned item.
